Once you hit 90% consistency for 30 days, you add your own personal Rule

Rule #1- 30 mins minimum of physical activity

Rule #2- Follow a structured diet or cut out one type of food and/or drink

Rule #3- Read minimum 10 pages of a non fiction book

Rule #4- Write a journal entry in a notebook with reflections

Rule #5- Meditate for Minimum of 5-10 mins

Rule #6- Daily Prayer Session

Rule #7- NON-NEGOTIABLES( Choose at least 1 bad vice or create your own):

EX: No smoking, No drugs, No porn, No alcohol consumption, Social media etc.

Rule #8- Add your own personal rule
